Dr. Messer does not accept any insurance plans. Upon payment of fees, the office will submit a receipted superbill with appropriate diagnostic codes and billing codes to the patient’s insurance carrier.
Dr. Messer is not a Medicare provider. Some supplemental insurance carriers will provide some reimbursement to patients seen by physicians who have opted out of Medicare. To facilitate such reimbursement, the office will submit the superbill along with Dr. Messer’s opt-out notice to supplemental carriers.
